How web pages enable engaging and interactive multimedia presentation?

    Web pages like this helps the presentor make good presentation. With all the web pages available online, it helps the presentation be able to look more eye-pleasing and catchy. Also, it  makes the listener give more attention to the presentation.

 

How interface design helps in effective interaction and multimedia learning?

     An interface design helps the listener get to understand what was the presentation about. Interface designs are not all the same as it depends on who your audience is. If your audience are teens, it is best to create a presentation that would gain attention to them so that it can be an effective interactive learning.

Web Programming and Internet Technologies: An E-Commerce Approach

    The book is mostly about anything that concerns the computer from the inside. This is a highly recommended book especially to the Computer Science  and/or Information Technology students. However, it can also be read by people who are interested in web programming or developing, the internet, and anything  that concerns them. The book features key components into developing a web. It discusses, and provides readers what else they need to know in this field. The authors, as well, are both PhD holders that makes this book really reliable knowing the name they hold.

 

    What I love about this book is that it can easily bee understood. They made sure that the words and terms the authors used are the words that can be understood by first to second years students as those are the target readers of the authors. They even made sure about the way they type; say for example, if it’s Italicized like this, it pertains to the technical terms that the reader may or may not be the first time to read. If it was a font of a typewriter-like, it talks about the format of codes for output and input programs. The chapters are divided into sub-chapters so that the information are not messy. Also, the authors provide overviews and objectives each chapter so that the readers will be able to know what to expect in the chapter they’re about to read. They also made sure that the words they used have a definition beside it that would make the readers understand its context. At the end of every chapter, it gives us a summary about what was discussed and as well as questions that will  test how well you know and understand what you just read. Lastly, the authors did not failed to cite the references they used.

 

    The book is definitely someone can use as a guide if they are into web programming or wanting to gain knowledge about the internet. It gives the background of the topic and guides you when your about to practice. They provided pictures that would make you understand more of what they’re talking about. Overall, it’s a great book which people can use easily.
